If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual abuse of a minor or person who habitually lacks the use of reason in the past or present day by clergy (priest or deacon) you are requested to report the incident in the following manner: 

1. Make a report:
   1. Department of Child Services: 800-800-5556
   2. Adult Protective Services: 800-992-6978
   3. Local Law Enforcement
2. Contact Melanie Stone, Victim Assistance Coordinator of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana by calling 765-464-4988 or through email at [email protected].
3. Thereafter, an investigation will be undertaken by or on behalf of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana.

If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual abuse of a minor or person who habitually lacks the use of reason in the past or present day by someone working in a parish or school for the Roman Catholic Church in the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana (such as religious sister or brother, lay employee, lay volunteer, etc.) you are requested to report the incident in the following manner:
